Module cache doesn't work?

Hello!

cache is a wonderfull thing to make the site works faster. BUT. I've noticed that if even module cache is on, and all cache files are in their cache folder, module is still handle all the processes!!! WHY? I thought that if I swich the cache system "ON" there is actually no need of module handler anymore... it's strange..

Which module and which version? Which XOOPS Version?

If you tested on more modules than one, which modules?

And how did you test it?
