I'm having to clone the module and split the database

Unfortunately when the module is cloned, it does not clone the existing database.

How can I import everything in the database from the original to the clone?

My idea is to copy everything to the clone, then delete all the categories and subcategories I don't need in the clone, which will also delete the articles in each category.

That way I'll be left with the categories and articles I do need in the clone.

I'll have to do this twice. Once to create a clone that will contain the categories for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a second clone because I'll have to split the categories A to L and M to Z

Any help or advice from anyone about how to do this would be appreciated. Maybe SQL Query? or export using phpmyadmin, edit the database, and import?
