The module is not working well, does not save the downloads, and if I make a change to a download, when I go to save, even that is deleted

Correction, after an evaluation in the database, but there goes the download status of 2

I can't find the bug that does not upload the files in the directory uploads/TDMDownlods/downloads with the option selected files

Can u help me? ... Mage?
