it's possible for future versions of xoops enter only one call to
$GLOBALS['xoTheme']->addScript('browse.php?Frameworks/jquery/jquery.js')

because this creates conflicts if called multiple times when it's inserted within the theme or module

I suggest you call a one time general with xoops_module_header

it will also be a good idea to use the jquery from the google servers rather then including it in xoops as the jquery from google would almost surely be cached in the visitors browser
