Block Management for xoops 2.5.0

The new block management for xoops 2.5.0 is great

but i miss the old block management

is there a chance to put in preferences we can choose to use the old block management..

the only option now is to use rmcommon but that is too heavy for my server

I don't think so.

But another option would be to use the old AltSys module for that.

Do I need AltSys to simply enable the Themes block? how can I do this with the new blocks admin interface? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not at all. Just make the selections as below, and then click on the icon to turn it into green checkmark, and you're done.

you could use BlocksAdmin module.

To make it work properly with new system, there are some define to add into modules\system\language\english\admin\blocksadmin.php

I couldn't see the system blocks because I didn't have the Visible filter set to ALL TYPES. That's what I needed. THANKS!!!!

hope this blocksadmin module can be add into the core..

it would be great if we can switch to the old and new block admin
