How do i create a new "section"

I am new to xoops and slowly getting my head round it.

i understand how to assign blocks to various places, eg top page, articles, gallery etc.
But what i am trying to find out is how to create a new "section", eg. "second page" (like "top page" but separate) so that i can add some blocks to that new "section"?
