Copied xoops files and sub-directories into my apache webroot (where I serve all my pages from)

Ran checksum.php and it did not report missing or bad files

Invokedhttp://localhost/htdocs/index.php and page 1/14 displayed

Clicked <Next Button> adn proceeded to page 2/14

Clicked <Next Button> and receivd an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error"

Reviewed the Apache error.log and this is the error message that was logged: [Fri Feb 04 17:52:55 2011] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Fatal error: Class 'XoopsPreload' not found in C:\\webroot\\htdocs\\index.php on line 24

Any help would be appreciated...
