When you try to edit the block "In the Spotlight!" I have a white screen and the error (Fatal error: Call to a member function getSimpleItemsList () on a non-object in / modules / smartsection / blocks / items_spot.php on line 118)
SmartSection is immediately Version 2.15
What do you think about this?

Most of us are using Publisher, which is much better.

Try to install Publisher, and see if you're receiving the same problem.

I am using PHP 5.2.13.

Xoops 2.5 I really like it, I hope you could help me understand! Otherwise you'll have to repaint the logo SmartSection in yellow:)))

I'll set Publisher I liked it, very similar to SmartSection! Bad that this module has no Russian translation! I will try to make it if I start using this module!

It would be nice if the module Publisher, a partial view of the article!
There are some errors in the block Columns!

Another option is the word press integration, it looks good and gives you the "preview" of the article. Still working on getting the front page previews though.

I was experiencing the same problem in smartsection. To get rid of the error I did the following.

Go to items_spot.php line 118 and paste the following code on line 117


$smartsection_item_handler =& smartsection_gethandler('item');

For me the problem is solved.
