I have no time to make real tutorial, but solution is more than simple.
Load jquery.js and [somegallery].js in you theme or template in myalbum-p, and find template related for showing photos, thumbs etc, and do like install of lightbox library said (adding the proper tag in html link). :)
I know that I'm not clear enough, but this is really simple.
