A center block... XOOPS Administration > Blocks > Add custom block (At the bottom of the page) > Block type > Center Block - Center.
And then in the content area you place the tag...

Right now it won't allow access to anyone who is not a registered user
Permission settings ain't implemented yet. And giving other users access to forms ain't necessary yet since it's still a test version and it's better that your user can't access the form (since there may be some security bugs).
And i repeat to all users DON'T use this version of xForms on a public website, on a public website you should use
[THIS] version of xForms.
