An interesting way to have blocks without title (but titled)

<{if (($block.title|count_characters > 0) && (($block.title|truncate:2:"":true) != '//'))}>
    <{$block.title}>
    <{$block.content}>
<{else}>
    <{$block.content}>
<{/if}>


And use // before blocks title in blocks admin menu:

This way you can have titled blocks (useful in admin menu) with no title in front size...

Or, just put

.blockTitle {display: none}

in style.css

Sorry, I see now. So you can have some blocks with titles and some without. Nice idea.
