I have a site but It have the problem that weighs heavily. It makes load slowly. In the future we will change the theme but not to disturb the users would like to know if there is any posibility to make only recharge the center of the site. The menu is always the same and the head, which even has flash, is the same, so what I want to know is whether you can leave the menu and fixed the header without being reloaded each time you enter a section.

For that you must use jQuery. But.. still it's not a problem if you cache blocks and theme, so reload will be faster.
