xoops 2.4
module : survey by kavaXtreme
website template : businessco Designed by Maitsco

I install survey module into my website... i have access to the admin panel, i did my survey but when I click on the survey menu in the home page, the survey don't recognise my website template ?

I have the survey without the template... do you have any idea?

Does it work with Default theme? If yes, then try a different theme.

also post any error message ( from debug mode)
