I am debugging an application that uses Flash player 9 to upload files. I cannot use Flash player 10 until I have sorted the problem out, because Flash 10 is incompatible with the feature.

So, I am trying to get the Win XP installer for Flash 9.0.115.0.

Sadly, this reminds me of the last time I tried this - and failed - because

a) Adobe insist on me downloading Flash 10

b) All the websites that turn up in searches for the older version simply refer back to the Adobe site for downloading...

... which takes me back to a)

If anyone knows a 'real' link where I could download the installer for this version of the plugin, I would be extremely grateful.

What kind of application are you debugging? Almost all applications I know of are now upgraded to work with Flash 10.

P.S.: Maybe you have to look at some older Creative Suites from Adobe?

It's an uploader component of another CMS which displays progress bars etc. It worked fine until Flash 10. It's a known issue.

The developer hasn't modified the feature yet so I was going to take a look myself.
