I met a problem that when a new user try to register who must be waiting for 12 minutes, because my apache server not response,

my profile is :
rhel4, Apache/2.0.52, MySQL 4.1.22-log, XOOPS 2.3

I checked httpd log:

maybe the problem is aroused by MySQL
