Most probably you have a conflict with one of the modules which is not compatible with XOOPS, or is missing some parts.

Do you see ALL modules that are installed?

If yes, which modules is the first one alphabetically, that is not installed?

Normally the guilty module is the first alphabetically that is not visible.

I'm a little confused, but here is a screen capture of my FTP Modules folder.

Try to clean caches by hand in xoops_data.

thanks guys, it was the TDMPicture, after I deleted this folder my modules at the bottom are back.

so I guess I have to be careful with what modules I choose to install.

is this just a poorly written module???

hi'

This matter may be caused by a module recently installed, sometimes just because there is an error in language files (very difficult in this case to find error, maybe with debug mode actived).

Or, other times because a module contains an .htaccess files on his root folder, for example Oledrion module does not work with this file in some environments.

So, if I were you :
• make a backup of your database
• uninstall completely modules recently installed, one per one.

Edit by myself : oups ! You have already find solution.

... if you talk about TDMPictures, I think answer is NO
