Hello friends

I'm trying to make a quality control program at my business, and one of the main tasks to do is documenting basically every aspect of it.
I did this in a previous business and I ended up with almost 500 printed pages of manuals and procedures. That is unacceptable as wasting paper is rather a crime when we have computers.

So I'd like to keep all of this documents in an electronic format, to have them accessible for my co-workers. Of course certain manuals are for certain people, so I cannot put them in a simple list. I need to grant access depending on the user's job.

Each document should be commented if necesary, and I need to trace any change on it. (some sort of version archive).

I guess some of the modules can do this without a hack, but I haven't been able to find it. I'm not a very good searcher... :S So any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!
