When I try to update anything like preferences then the following message appears without image and on left corner only.

I tried following and observed that with my local XOOPS setup on Apache it is ok while on hosting on IIS it is giving error because on IIS it is searching image in folder,

/icons/ajax_indicator_01.gif.

and this is may be because of variable is not having proper values on IIS etc...

Please guide me as I am facing same issue on 2.4.1...2.4.3.
