Hi,
I'm the maintainer of a gov. website in xoops, but, without any modification all my blocks just desappeared.
I've not installed new themes, modules or hacks... the problem just started from one day to another.
Sometimes, loading the page, I can see the blocks, but, after a refresh, they just desappear again (the same in the admin area, that, in the blocks section, shows nothing, but a few times shows all blocks)

Solved.
After deleting the content in smarty_compile and reactivating all modules everything seems to work.
