Hello;

I've just installed 2.3.3 on a local network 'nix box.
I have just the basic modules installed. My main page appears unformatted however the admin pages are following the selected theme during install. I'm not quite sure if I'm facing a permissions, file or 1d10t issue.

Would appreciate some input.

Never mind I found the issue. It was the 1d10T virus. I had missed a permission in xoops_data.
