Admin can't see account page

I have a little problem with my site, if a user with admin privilege try to access user account page all he get is a blank page, no error on page and no error in the server log. But an normal user can access the page with no problem. Anyone got this error and have a solution?

Please always provide us with XOOPS and PHP version. Also, if you have Debug on. If you don't, please turn it on, and tell us the errors, if any.

This will make it easier to address the issue.

Like I said no error on page nor in the log. Tried to find a way to turn debug on but my hosting provider doesn't allow it.

You might try the debugging FAQs that are linked to in Mamba's sig (or mine - now updated to use his tinyurl). I'd also suggest upgrading to 2.3.3 as there have been a lot of bug fixes since 2.3.0 and I think there was a blank page issue with 2.3.0.

Of course, backup your files and your dB before upgrading.
