he was thinking to add download link to the video , this is already in x_movie 1.7 custom 2.13..
another think u might need to consider Optikool for ur x_movie version is to be able to add a banner (HTML) not just Image under and above the Video , this also already in X_movie 1.7 custom 2.13

xsell yes I already have banner ads that allow you to link to other sites in an x_movies version I'm running on another site... not through HTML but through a select box. Of course you must upload your banners in order for them to appear in the list. However I have not put this update out yet because I'm planning to add another feature, mainly for myself to mass add movies instead of doing it one by one, that I just haven't had time add. But he mentioned not having a flash player. You don't need flash to enable download and that would be kind of overkill when html will do the trick with less load on the browser.

Thx Optikool but it is much better if we can add html banner instaed drop down select image . i'm planning to add Google Ads under and above the Video , that why i prefer Html Banner..i know it could be done thru editing the template but i prefer not to mess with template.

this is the lastest Version been released .
http://www.4shared.com/account/file/103489183/748d5916/x_movie-v1_7-customv2_5_13.html

Plz make a backup first of your curent Module in case somthing goes wrong.

By the way me too i feel not 100 5 guilty , the Language used not Perfect who ever transulate itt o english he could just Say allow download .. instaed the curent Phrase he used which make no sense for me..

Lol

One other question or maybe another hiden feature

At the moment the only one possibility of having thumbs for videos is though the upload a jpg file?

No auto thumb generation?

I wanna see the time that FMPG will be a default feature on every host (shared in my case)

I thought about doing that at one time, but then realized my dedicated server at the time would have required me to compile fmpg from source because the distro i had didn't have an rpm. It also uses a lot of cpu so most service providers don't give this as an option.

The thumbnail creation doesn't take much process power... processing the movie file so you can capture a frame does. Now imaging if you are on a shared host and other websites are doing the same thing.
