Hi,
I am trying to install XOOPS 2.3.3 and I am in 2nd page where it is verifying all the components installed or not. In that page it is complaining that Character encoding extension not installed. Does anybody know how to install this extension? Is it part of PHP or Apache installation? Or I need to do something in XOOPS files.
