IMPORTANT: Editors working correctly in 2.33

It seems that some modules will no longer to be able to use some of the editors within their modules. Basically, tinyMce etc, could I have some confirmation regarding this issue. Tried this in News and Smartsections and WF-Channel and the same result. The Xoopseditors work but not the html ones.

I don't have any problems with News 1.63

All HTML Editors are working fine (TinyEditor, TinyMCE, Koivi, FCK Editor).

we had to change few things to make our module working with the editor of 2.3x, those worked differently under 2.0.18x. There is no good ascendant compatibility on these concerns between 2.018 and 2.3x. Dev have to modify their old modules to make them work correctly with 2.3x. This can be managed by adding some tests to guaranty ascendant compatibility.

Marco,

one person I am trying to help has admin template code when editing code in the front. (basically the admin footer) Just wondering if you have this issue.

Plus the tinyMce Editor textarea shows as the background colour, anyone else have this and maybe a fix?
