xoops.org adding support is not working :(

Xoops.org 's xoopspartners module is not working. I tried to add a new partner but always getting "ERROR.There was an error" message. i want to add turkish XOOPS partner. Because others are not enough.
We are real turkish XOOPS partner. We make modules, helps users and translate modules and XOOPS versions.
Everybody can look on http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/xoops-tr.com to see how we are. We (xoops-tr team) want to develop XOOPS in turkiye(Turkey).

I tried again and i could sent form. but there is no reply yet.. May somebody reply please..
