Hope someone can give me the answer to this probably simple question.

I have created a custom block, and I want to create a hyper-link to that block, how can i do this?

You don't - instead, create a link to the page on which the custom block is dispayed.

at the moment the Block doesnt appear on any page. I want it to appear on a new page, as a Centre block, when i Click a hyperlink from a menu on the left of the page.

Then you will have to either use a menu module (you will have to assign the block to a already installed module, unless it's on the frontpage)or you could make a blank module (name it to fit the content) recommended by me, at least!
