I met a rather odd problem with my version 2.0.18.2

Some time ago a member contacted me to tell me he no longer wished to be part of my site. I have therefore deleted. Yesterday, from the module evennews, I sent a message to all members and the person who was normally unsubscribed also received the message.

I did a search in my database user to see if it was still present, but I can not find it!

How is it that a member opted to receive messages?
