Extgallery 1.06 error

Hello i don't know why i can't get Extgallery 1.06 working. I batch uploaded photos, but i only see a red X but no photos.
If i click on a photo (X) i get this error
Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in file /modules/extgallery/public-userphoto.php line 55

Any idea what's the cause of this?
