I want to use the formulaire module to create multiple forms for one of the websites. Is there a way to integrate captcha in this module to help against spam. I am using XOOPS 2.3.2b and formulaire 3.33. I saw somewhere that a formulaire 3.34 will be released, but have not been able to find the same.
Is there a way to do the same.

hi,

If I'm not wrong Formulaire module is ready to work with Security class made by Dugris :


> how to install it
> download : same page (bottom right)

You can also install Security images module (not strictly required) wich provides many options :
- wich group(s) to apply captcha
- customize captcha image (font, size, background, ...)

Thanks Burning,

If i am not wrong XOOPS 2.3 already has a captcha class in it. So is there a way to use this class with formulaire or will it be necessary to use the Security classmade by Dugris. I ask this as i wish to keep the size of the site to as small as possible.

Also does the security class made by dugris work with 2.3.2b as on the site it says 2.0.1x and 2.2.x

3.34 is still not yet released. AFAIK it will also not yet use the XOOPS core Captcha.
You have to stick with the DuGris Security Image, because XOOPS 2.3.x is no longer compatible to the use of the alternate Captcha from Frameworks which Formulaire has also build in.
