Shoutbox 4.05 problem

I already install shoutbox 4.05 module and the problem is, i cannot use smiley and cannot resize the text input area. Please help me. my url is topgear motorsport club

Edit your theme and add this line before the </head> tag:

<{$xoops_module_header}>

What theme to edit? My XOOPS theme or shoutbox?

Put the code in theme.html of the theme you use for your site.

I already put the code <{$xoops_module_header}>, the problem still come up.
