Yogurt adding a tab, how plz?

Hi can you please tell me how to add a tab to Yogurt, i want to add a tab for blog, i use wordpress, thus, when the user clicks on that tab, he will be taken to his wordpress blog page.

I know this is possible and easy to do but :( i am not much of a programmer, your help is appreciated.

Another Thing, I want to add a button for private messaging can anyone help me how to do it?

to add a tab...if you use the default template without modification

look at the code in modules/yogurt/templates/yogurt_navbar.html

what is the user wordpress link look like ?
