I am using Xoops since 2005 but i am still confused

Been a faithful XOOPS user since 2005. i stopped using XOOPS 4 months ago after "ALL" my XOOPS site was hacked by a Pakistani Hacker.

Now, i am confused which to use the XOOPS version to use?

Need your advice XOOPS Guru's

Why man? Its a nice CMS.
If all your XOOPS site are hacked then definitely I can say its your fault.Because many people are around using XOOPS because its the most secured platform. I think the hacker compromised your email accounts from where he got your admin user account and password. Try avoiding to give same password everywhere.

Aye..... use 2.3.2a with the Protector module

Start with the Protector module as bundled in the download. If you can get your xoops_data folder outside of document root then update to the very latest version (not much newer, btw).

The above is my personal view based upon limited understanding

You should also remember that server security is every bit as important.

I'll agree with the others here ^^ I've been using XOOPS for years now, and XOOPS 2.3.2 is the best version ever :)

I would suggest for you that you would put the admin skin to "legacy" to get used to it, or use the new (and awesome) "exm" theme, my favourite!
