Hello, i just installed XOOPS 2.3
but i do not get the old administration menu did i do somthing worng?

these are the buttons i get on the admin page,i can not enter the modules or other use full tools.

Please help.

From what you have given it looks okay to me. You have the "default" admin theme showing.

Click on:

System Overview «

And the menu will expand.

You can select the "admin theme" in "Preferences>General Settings". You have four options..... "default", "exm", "thadmin" and "legacy". "legacy" is the old 2.0.x admin theme.

Hope this helps.

I see you're using 2.3.0? There's an upgrade package to 2.3.1 - this contains some important bug fixes, including some for the "thadmin", "pm" and "profile" modules shipped with the core. The upgrade package isn't too big at all and I would recommend upgrading at the earliest opportunity.

Hi,

I'm not familiar with 2.3 yet, but probably you need JavaScript enabled. You may also try opening admin with diferent browser.

if i expand the menu i only get the following txt.
an there wil not appear a prefrences option.
do i need to enable somthing on the server?
or do i have to install a separate admin module??
