How to disable CAPTCHA in 2.3.1

Hello!

I want to disable the mechanism of security image but

return $config = array(
      "disabled"              => true,

is not working.

Why do I want to do so?
Because in registration form security image does not appear.

Version XOOPS - XOOPS 2.3.1
Version PHP - 5.2.6-5
Version MySQL - 5.0.51a-15

GD Library Support: Enabled (Thumbs Nails Available)
GD Library Version: 2.0 or higher

Safe Mode Status: OFF
Register Globals: OFF

I made this mistake.....

The security image does appear but only on "page 2" after the "Submit" button (on "page 1") has been clicked.

Test it with a dummy account to make sure

I try to register in two modes:

#1 with profile module turned on
In this mode CAPTCHA image does not appear and I get "Wrong conformation code"

#2 without profile module
In this mode CAPTCHA image does not appear on page2 and I get "Wrong conformation code" and was returned to page 1.

I'm so sorry! I found it!

It was in translation files. In English mode all fine!
