Document Management System module error

hi all,

I am using XOOPS 2.2.5 and I install module DMS and facing with error:

DMS Configuration

Document Properties:

Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/btdai/public_html/modules/dms/inc_pal_xoops.php on line 70
Notice [PHP]: Undefined index: hdn_update_form in file modules/dms/admin/doc_props.php line 43
Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: num_rows in file modules/dms/inc_pal_xoops.php line 70

Module does not work - Could you please help me to fix it?

2.2.5 is not stable, and therefore not recommended/supported. You should use the 2.0.18.1 release.

Try to install the module on 2.0.18.1 and see if you get the same problem.

Also, it helps if you submit following information:

Module Version
PHP Version
MySQL Version

It might be that a particular error is related to the module being outdated, or having an old PHP version.

thanks for your support me. I just reinstalled an in my website with 2.0.18.1 and hope it is OK at this version.

Hello,

I experienced the same issue, uninstalled 2.2.5, and installed 2.0.18.2, which is the stable release I found (is that right?) I am still having the blank page when I click on DMS. The error I get is:

Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/content/a/l/l/alltech12/html/Portal/modules/dms/inc_pal_xoops.php on line 70

Notice: Constant _DMS_CREATE_FOLDER already defined in file /modules/dms/language/english/main.php line 52
Notice: Constant _DMS_SEARCH already defined in file /modules/dms/language/english/main.php line 61
Notice: Constant _DMS_EDIT already defined in file /modules/dms/language/english/main.php line 106
Notice: Constant _DMS_AUDITING already defined in file /modules/dms/language/english/main.php line 119
Notice: Undefined variable: num_rows in file /modules/dms/inc_pal_xoops.php line 70

Any help would be appreciated!
