I m looking for a module that will specify the upcoming events with details about the name of the event, its date, name of the person facilitating the event, name and contact no. of the organizer.
I think the various calender modules can do all this, but what i also need is the capability to show the coming three events in a block on the front page.
Can somebody suggest me a module pls.

ExtCal from http://www.zoullou.net/ can do this.

The block lets you select either all events or allows you to choose events from specific categories.

Excellent module.

The function that i am looking for can be seen on the following site:
http://californiahypnosis.in
On the right side there is a block named "schedule" which lists the upcoming three events and on clicking more, you are directed to the complete schedules page. I m working on converting this site into a XOOPS based cms and need this exact functionality.

Thanks again for the help...... Any module that can do this

--------------------EDIT-----------------------------------
On making some search in google i have come accross a module called tiny events which i think might help me, but i cant seem to find it.

Its not a XOOPS sie, as of now. The site will be redesigned completely and I am trying to convert it to a XOOPS site. So I am looking for the required modules.

Thanks for the tiny event link. I ll try it out to see if it helps.

Also any suggestions on how can i display the latest news and events section (left side on the above mentioned site) as it is displayed on it.
