Easy RealMedia v1.94 sound problem

Hello all...

I use Easy RealMedia v1.94
It works with .avi files properly but when I try to add .rmvb videos it reduces the size and it doesn't affect the video quality
but on the other hand there's no sound at all after the file size is reduced....

Can someone help please I want to know the cause and the solution..
