Hi

I have a site at the moment based on 2.13. Although there are some problems with some modules in the admin section, but the site is working fine. However, due to the fact that I am moving server (new IP address), I would like to install the latest version of XOOPS then import the old site to the new server.

Can any one tell me what is the best procedure to do this?

I set up the site (v 2.0.18.1) on the new server first, because the old site still running on old server, I use the new ip address to install and test the new site on the new server.

Now, shall I install each module then import their SQL database to the new site one by one? or shall I import the whole database at once to the new site? I want to install as clean as possible.

I install 2.0.18.1 system to the new server first. Then install the modules and import SQL tables one by one.

OK I changed my plan. I installed v2.3 then I run old SQLs on the new installation table by table. Apart from a few cases I need to add extra files most tables imported without problems. However, I am having difficulties to import "users" table. The new one has so many added fileds.

Can someone point me to the right direction on how to import the users table?
