Hi guys,
I would like to auto login a user after they have successfully registered (extended profiles module) to a site with their inputted login details.
The reason for this is that the next step after registration will be to forward the user to the subscription (module) page. Where they will be requested to pay in order to complete the subscription process. So ofcourse the user will need to be logged in.

Can anyone advise (against dangers) or done this already?

Re: auto logon post registering

There is an autologon hack.

The problem with an autologon is that if they are using a public computer then it may not be 'them' that comes back.
