Menu not formated after upgrade

I upgraded for 2.0.17 to 2.0.18 everything went fine except the menu has no order. the buttons are laying on top of one another.

Can anyone help Please!

What theme do you use? It's probably the issue of the theme.

Can you try another theme one to see if it works correctly?

I tried that but it did not work. However, I figured it out I just uploaded an old XOOPS css file that fixed it all.
