Starting Xoops after GoDaddy.com autoinstall

I've done a cursory search of the forum and didn't notice anything relating to godaddy.com...need some help, I'm not seeing any type of setup screens.

Bah, I'm too impatient...Uninstalling XOOPS and moving on...

Yes I have to agree, Godaddy does the install automatically for you but there are no instructions anywhere to be found on how to change the settings/index page.

Please help with what to do next now that the download is on Godaddy.com

Don't blame XOOPS - blame godaddy

The advice that I always give is "don't use the autoinstallers". You don't know which version they are installing.

Download the latest version from this site's homepage and install it yourself. That way you know what you're getting and where everything is.

Full instructions are supplied in the package and help is always given freely and willingly on here.
