Anyone know how to place an ad banner to show up above the header?

My gamespy.com free hosting requires I have 1 ad banner of theirs on my site which shows on all pages. For some reason when posting as an ad banner client it doesnt show up.. so i would just like it above the header.

You could just place it in the sites theme... or you could change to a ad free host...

Make a new table on top of your theme.html and add the banner as an image tag to it..

ie:

This is the actual banner iframed from gamespy, so i would just add that...
