Anything kwown about a google apps for domains authentication integration with xoops.
Some other CMS systems have "working" betas.

Hi,

Provisioning API does provide a way to programmatically create and
manage user accounts.

The PHP client library is available for download here:
http://code.google.com/apis/apps/libraries_and_samples.html

Also, here is a link to PHP Provisioning API v2.0 developer's guide that details the API with sample code:
