Looks good. We'll have to work on the content.

Instead the Local Support Badges, let's use the flags as in the last WOX

The design is just temporary.. it will look much better...

Totally agree on badges/flags and for the content, again we have to think that our grannies, after taking the speed course in pc, and installing XOOPS for their new website about nitting, will be able to understand it...

Could you write an easy to understand intro/header for that group, Mamba? Very basic...

I also thought of having the front page (english) made in flash so it really would stand out... What do you think?

Take a look at this PDF-file:
XOOPS Operations Guide 1.0

Some of the content (maybe all?) is for the blocks.

And You have this PDF-file:
A Visual introduction
If You can make some of the content in flash and at the same time, leave place for translations.

Check the figures. Maybee they can be in flash and the description in language files.

Anders... Check the links...they leads only to XOOPS dl on sourceforge...

I guess you wanted this: http://xoopsdocs.net/modules/docs/en/xn-001/xn-001.pdf , but the link is not working

However there are lots of useful stuff both in the forums and faq we can use... we might have to simplify it a bit to let granny understand, but for the moment i think we should focus on which links and sections to include on the frontpage...

It's a free service, where You can create unlimited sites without any banners etc.

It's a danish guy, there are running this service. He don't get paid and the serveres is created out of used parts from the users.

Anyone now a site where you can create tests-sites without banners etc.

This is a free host but with ads so it probably will stay unbroken...
