I have noticed that in my site the title goes like: Site name - Slogan , or Site name - module name. But it's reversed on xoops.org: Support Forums (module name) - XOOPS Project (site name). How do I change it to reversed?

Look in your theme's theme.html file inside the "title" tags in the "head" section.

You'll see the "Smarty" codes for them inside the opening/closing "title" tags; just swap 'em over
