2.0.18.1 RC1 - Admin Popups Aren't Right Anymore

I just upgraded from XOOPS 2.0.16 to 2.0.18.1 RC1.

When I go to the admin view (control panel), I'm no longer able to navigate where I'd like to because the pop up windows are a little messed up.

This is what I see:

Has anyone else experienced this?

1. Go to your admin panel, keeping your mouse away from the icons on the left.......

2. Move your mouse over the System icon (only!) and select "modules".

3. Update the "System" module.

Worked for me when upgrading from an earlier version (I think it was 2.0.16 to 2.0.17).

To go from 2.0.16 to 2.0.18.1 you use the "Full Package" download which is linked from this site's homepage.
