i have this problem and i coulnd't solve it :S does anyone knows how to fix it ? It start after XOOPS 2.0.18

this have been posted several times in the forum

add in the .css file in the usermenu a{} and mainmenu a{} display: block;

I'm not sure but I think this theme has a styleNN.css
please add display: block; in styleNN.css too
