Making an admin module

I'm making an admin module. Installation went ok, but theme is missing... how can i get either the admin interface or better the site theme show, even if it is an admin module, as this module is for theme editing...

You did use xoops_cp_header(); and xoops_cp_footer(); in your code right to wrap your content?
