Hi,

I'm using the Multimenu module and it works fine for me and other users, but one is having a problem.

When moving the mouse pointer to a menu item it should show a submenu, but for one user this submenu is not showed.

I have logged on with that users userid and password and it works fine at my pc, so it might be a setup in the browser.

Any one got a clue on what to do ?

Regards
Kim

Hi I think that you must check if his browser is not blocking popups.

Hi,

thanks for the reply.

I have tried, in Windows Internet Explore, to set my blocking level to High, Medium and Low, but at my pc the result is the same. The submenu shows no matter what the blocking level is.

I try to get the user to change his and see what happens.

Make sure your user has activated javascript on his browser...

Still havent got this solved, so perhaps someone could try my homepage to see if it works for them ?

http://www.jelstrup-larsen.dk

left side in group 'Golf', the last item 'Spillede baner' (played courses), moving the mouse to this a submenu should appear, where Golf Courses can be selected.

Hi again.

I still have problems with my Multimenu not showing submenus for other users than myself.

Any suggestion other than the ones already made ?

Regards

Kim
