Ok, sorry I am about to rain on someone parade here.

Ok, XOOPS isn't XOOPS Cube and XOOPS Cube isn't Xoops. While they were once the same they are vastly different systems in regard to how they work, there will come on day that these two system will take a different path and these changes will mean that while one module may work under one system it will not work on the other.

I don't expect a Joomla Component to work on Mambo just because they were once the same and I think people should expect the same to happen here.

FYI, the line Quoted was to do with the templating system which has changed over the last few versions and this will continue to happen and nothing to do with the database.

Logical that you find the XOOPS Founder Ono K. and skilled programmers involved on these projects ^^

You misunderstood Cube and Legacy which emulates Xoops
and is being source of inspiration for recent modules!
